Today I wanted to share a recipe of a chocolate cake with a melting effect on the inside. Valentine’s Day was Thursday, but every occasion is good to enjoy a good dessert, especially if like me, you love them. I made this cake on Thursday morning, just before I went to class so that it would be ready for the evening dinner.
LEVEL: Very Easy
TIME: 15 MIN (+20 of preparation)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablet of dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 125g of flour
- 125g of sugar
- 3 eggs
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180 ° degrees (Celsius).
- Butter a cake pan.
- Melt the chocolate into pieces and butter with the Bain-Marie method, in two different containers.
- In a bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar. Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes slightly frothy.
- Add the butter to the mixture and stir.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix.
- Stir the flour little by little.
- Pour the dough finally ready in the mold/pan.
- Let it bake for 20 min by monitoring from time to time.
+ If you want the fondant to be a little less liquid, just leave it a few more minutes. You can also replace the sugar with brown or yellow sugar.
There you go!

In order to decorate a little more this recipe article, I added two pictures of my lovely bouquet of roses that I got from my boyfriend, as well as a picture of the outfit I wore that day. Anyway, I hope you had a good day, whether alone or with someone you love, on my side, I had a wonderful evening, and you, what about you?

En général, je ne suis pas très gâteau/cake au chocolat, mais tous ceux qui y ont goûté ont adoré et moi de même !
