This year’s Easter was quite unusual as we all are in confinement at home. We enjoyed a lovely lunch as a family, and my mom managed to get one Portuguese Easter Bread – “Folar” in Portuguese, which is one of my favorites! It was a sunny and peaceful Sunday, and we also enjoyed watching a biblical movie, which is something we always do on this holy day. I had previously decorated my room in the first week of April because I like to have the decorations stay a little longer as I usually take them down shortly after Easter Week. Sadly the lid of my pink cookie jar fell and broke into pieces… I was quite gutted, to say the least, because it sure was the cutest cookie jar lid I had ever seen with its big green bow!
The great gift of Easter is hope.

I was supposed to wear another dress, but I thought this particular one was just absolute perfection and the best choice for this day! I am so in love with it because it is a classic style but still extremely cute and girly – it also was a total bargain as I got it on sale a while back on SHEIN for only $9, and the quality is unexpectedly quite amazing!
I genuinely hope you all are having a good week despite the current days. As of for me, I am trying my best to blog weekly now and bring you at least one blog post every week, but it is quite overwhelming balancing University work, the shop, my design business, and the blog, BUT I am finally slowly getting there. I also post a lot of new content on my Instagram daily and twitter account as well, so definitely follow me there. Wishing you all good and please stay safe ♥︎
